Vision2Ai asks you to describe your business problem and then builds software from that description. What you type is often commercially sensitive, and it is processed by AI. This policy says exactly what happens to it.
Vision2Ai is a vertical of Digit2AI LLC ("Digit2AI", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company. For the EU and UK GDPR we are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@digit2ai.com.

Vision2Ai is an AI product; there is no version of it that does not send your description to a model. To be concrete about what that means:
Plans, teasers, simulators and generated applications are published at long unguessable addresses so you can send them to a colleague or a client without either of you needing an account.
These links are unlisted, not secret. Anyone who has the address can open it, and we ask search engines not to index them, but a link forwarded onward is a link that works. Treat one like a document you emailed: share it deliberately, and ask us to revoke it if it gets loose.
You can describe your idea by talking instead of typing. Two different things can happen:
Narration audio elsewhere on the site is generated by Microsoft's Edge Read Aloud service, which receives only the text being spoken. Your microphone is never opened without you tapping the orb first, and your browser will ask for permission before it is.

Each acts on our instructions under contract. Beyond them we disclose personal data only: to people you send a link to; where legally required, such as a valid court order, and we will tell you unless prohibited; and to a successor if Digit2AI is acquired, under the same commitments and with notice to you first.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email info@digit2ai.com saying which one you want. We will verify that you control the account, act within 30 days, and tell you if we need longer. We never charge for this, and using these rights will never degrade your service.
You can also delete individual projects from your workspace at any time, and unsubscribe from any email we send. If you are in the EEA or UK you may complain to your data protection authority; in California you may use an authorized agent, whose authority we will verify.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required, without undue delay.
We operate from the United States and our providers are largely United States based. Using Vision2Ai from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland means your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, together with the measures in section 10.
Vision2Ai is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Tell us if you believe we have, and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle personal data in a way that materially affects you, we will update the version and effective date above and email you before it takes effect, so you can export or delete your data first. Minor clarifications change the date only.
